Send the excavator size, work type, preferred model and attachment requirements for a used machine enquiry.
The right machine for the job site.
Choose the operating-weight class and configuration for the work before comparing asking prices. Check the boom and arm arrangement, reach, bucket, auxiliary hydraulic circuits, quick coupler and transport dimensions. Ask whether the attachments shown in photos are included with the quoted machine.
01 / YOUR REQUIREMENT
What to send
- Operating-weight class and intended work
- Make/model preference, serial number if replacing a unit
- Hour reading and available service history
- Boom, arm, bucket and auxiliary hydraulic requirements
- Undercarriage condition, attachments and delivery destination
02 / THE ACTUAL UNIT
Condition and inspection
Inspection should cover cold starting, engine condition, hydraulic operation, boom and arm pins, slew and travel functions, cylinders and undercarriage wear. Record any leaks, welded repairs or visible damage. Meter hours are one data point; service records and the machine’s physical condition provide additional context.
From requirement to quotation
Share your specification first. When a unit is proposed, compare its identity, current condition, supporting material and included items with the written quotation. Confirm inspection arrangements, preparation, delivery terms and timing before proceeding.
