Send your truck type, axle configuration, intended load and destination. We use those requirements to discuss a suitable vehicle and quotation.
Match the vehicle to the work.
A model badge alone leaves too much unspecified. Compare gross vehicle ratings, axle configuration, wheelbase, transmission, body dimensions and towing requirements. For tractor units, also check fifth-wheel height and the trailer connection requirements. Confirm what documents are available for the individual vehicle.
01 / YOUR REQUIREMENT
What to send
- Tractor unit, rigid truck, tipper or other body type
- Preferred make, model, year range and drive configuration
- Engine, gearbox, axle and wheelbase requirements
- Mileage reading, service records and available vehicle documents
- Quantity, intended use and destination
02 / THE ACTUAL UNIT
Condition and inspection
Ask for current views of the chassis, cab, tyres, drivetrain and any damage or repairs. A running video is useful context, but an inspection should address starting, braking, steering, transmission and chassis condition. Record the VIN or chassis identification against the quoted unit.
From requirement to quotation
Share your specification first. When a unit is proposed, compare its identity, current condition, supporting material and included items with the written quotation. Confirm inspection arrangements, preparation, delivery terms and timing before proceeding.
